OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The Samoan Cultural Celebration Board of Utah is dedicated to serving the Samoan community through unification of Samoan organizations, to provide lifelong education, to preserve our culture and to educate our people to become self-reliant and contributing members of society. Our mission focuses on the needs of our youth, our senior citizen programs and teaching our community to become law-abiding citizens. We are committed to:
• Providing Scholarships resulting in continuing education for our community.
• Senior Citizen Programs to provide services and activities that promote community involvement.
• Health Awareness Workshops designed to educate our community on proper health care resulting in an active and healthier community.
• Adult and Continuing Education to enrich the opportunities of our citizens within society.
• Preserving our Culture and Traditions to teach our children who are born and raised in the United States the importance of maintaining and preserving our heritage.
•Law Abiding Citizens to promote responsible choices through communitywide programs and activities.
